FEATURES  ⇒  TWO PALLET LOADING STATIONS

♦  Pallets are automatically loaded in one station while completed pallets are removed 
    from the second station.
♦  Once pallet loading is completed, the B30 automatically continues pallet loading
     of the emtpy pallet.
♦  Includes one automatic palletizing station & one empty pallet storage station for  
    the automatic changing of the pallets.
♦  This is an out feed roller conveyor for discharging the filled pallets.
 

AUTOMATIC WOODEN PALLETS MAGAZINE  ⇒  

♦  Fully elector pneumatic operation. 
♦  Manually adjustable to suit size of pallet.
♦  Cisual empty magazine signal.  
♦  Capacity for 10~15 pallets.

LOADING TABLE  ⇒  

♦  Manufactured in 304 stainless steel & a major section of the palletize, the table 
    provides the surface on which boxes are loaded in pattern form for subsequent
    displacement onto the pallet.
♦  All movements are achieved by motors, pinions & chains operation within self  
    lubrication guide sections.
♦  Special electro-pneumatic positioning guides, fully adjustable for layer  
    requirements, guarantee layer with square or rectangular form.
